Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future as we continue to grow, and we’ll announce updates as soon as they become available.

What shipping services do you offer?

We ship all U.S. orders using USPS Ground Advantage (First Class), which includes tracking and reliable delivery at an affordable rate. In the future, as our shop grows, we may introduce additional shipping options.

How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Just click the link in the email, and you’ll be able to follow your order’s progress through USPS.

How long does it take my order to arrive?

Most orders arrive within about a week. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the efficiency of your local USPS facility, which can sometimes cause delays. After your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number to monitor your shipment directly through the USPS website.

Refunds And Returns

What is your return and refund policy?

Due to the unique nature of our mystery bags, returns are only accepted if the item arrives with significant damage and it's within 30 days of purchase. Having said that, if there’s any issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can help. How do I initiate a return?

To start your return, simply log in to your Minisciples account. Simply visit our website and click 'Account'.

  1. Sign in using the email address you used at checkout—we’ll take it from there!
  2. Open your Order History and select the order you want to return.
  3. Click Request Return and follow the steps in the self-serve returns portal.
