You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with our return policy.
Due to the unique nature of our mystery bags, returns are only accepted if the item arrives with significant damage. Significant damage includes scenarios such as broken items, missing parts, or severe defects that impair the function or aesthetic of the product. Please provide clear pictures of the damaged product and your receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Return or exchange requests due to reasons such as “disliking the product,” “changing one’s mind,” or “making a wrong purchase,” which are not related to product quality, will not be accepted.
Our customer support team reviews all return and exchange requests. If an item does not meet our criteria for a manufacturing defect or quality issue, a return or exchange may not be offered.
When purchasing non-full sets, it is possible to receive duplicate items. Receiving duplicates is normal and does not qualify for after-sales service requests. To avoid duplicates, we recommend purchasing a full set.
If you purchased a "full set" of products but received duplicate items, please provide:
Photos of all products in the full set
Order number and unboxing video. Once verified, we will resend the missing items to ensure your full set is complete without duplicates.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
